Introducing... this season's Made In The Shade vendors!

Yup, yup. You heard correctly! The next Made In The Shade event is taking place at The Lighthouse in Glasgow as planned. On Saturday 26th September, over 40 fabulous designers, makers and vintage sellers will set up shop in Galleries 4 & 5 in the Centre for Architecture & Design in an afternoon celebration of off-beat design, vintage lifestyle and creativity.

Seedbom by Kabloom
Kabloom is a small product design firm based in Glasgow. These dudes specialise in eco-friendly, ethical, innovative products. Seedbom is a flippin' wonderful guerilla gardening product that we - quite simply - can't get enough of!

Ding Dong Designs
Local purveyors of the legendary handknitted celebrity finger puppet, this mother-daughter outfit offers whimsical, textile based gifts and accessories for children and adults

Laura Donald
As you will see from the Craft Juice blog link we've posted above, our gal Laura Donald is well known for her stitchin' interpretation of our very favourite Eastenders character, Dot Cotton! What more do you need to know?

Lady Luck Rules OK
Leona Baker aka owner of trendsetting London based jewellery label, LLROK is ditching Brick Lane in favour of The Lighthouse this month! We are HONOURED!

Madness of Many
Hankering after some guilt-free taxidermy? A family of fabric owls? Or a squishy robot man? Kimberly Diamond, owner of Madness of Many, will satisfy your every desire.

Pammie Annie Mackay
Pammie brings her beautiful collection of belts, purses, clutch bags and roomy shoppers to Made In The Shade. Pammie's attention to detail is super impressive!

We Are The Robots
Visit the home of the pixelated pendant! We Are The Robots produce a fabulous collection of fun, quirky jewellery handmade from treasure and found objects.

Where else might you find a handstitched tea cosy sitting alongside a handpainted fairy door? These talented ladies bring cute gifts and homewares to Made In The Shade this season!

The Dandelion Project
Edinburgh based design house, The Dandelion Project showcase their fabulous collection of art, printed stationery and unusual knitted accessories. Turn every sweater into a Fair Isle with a handknitted Dandelion Project collar! Don't mind if I do!

The Cake Goddess
Made In The Shade favourite, Laura Macdonald returns to fill our tummy with chocolate goodies, sugary sweet treats and a range of cute cakes. Yum yum.

YHF Photo
Photographer Garry Maclennan produces photographic work based around street art, sneakers, robots and tiny little people. He'll be bringing prints, stationery and quirky gifts to Made In The Shade this month.

Wooden Tree
Designer and collector Kirsty Anderson creates work with a fantastical, yet old-time feel. Reclaimed fabrics and vintage objects are upcycled and given new life. Find the perfect gift here!

Syrah Jay
Syrah Jay makes beautiful, functional, wearable textiles: jewellery, bags, hats - you name it. Syrah also accepts commissions.

Global Guru
Global Guru, aka textile designer Morag Macpherson takes inspiration from all over the world. her work is eclectic, colourful and highly covetable!

Gillian Hayes Photography
Gillian Hayes is a wonderful photographer. Her collections take nature, vintage lifestyle and found objects as inspiration.

Librarian Barbarian
Designer maker Markie creates new, functional items from cassettes, vinyl and found fabrics. Cassette purse? Record bag? Go for it!

Feel Fuzzy
It's never too late to have a happy childhood. The lovely Debi gives your favourite childhood ephemera new life. Jigsaw piece brooches and magnets, kids' book jotters and reclaimed textile accessories - all wonderfully nostalgic!

Silly Lily

Little Sister Lucy
Little Sister lucy designs and produces unique handmade jewellery, clothing and accessories. Lucy has a passion for texture, fabric and colour and my word - the gal knows how to make the cutest night wear and under garments!

Catherine Aitken

Another BUST Craftacular designer, textile designer Emma Henderson designs and makes ethical - not to mention beautiful - collections of accessories and homewares. My favourite? Hot dog!

Jennifer Nicolson
Jewellery designer and silversmith, Jennifer Nicolson makes her Made In The Shade debut this season. Jennifer will be showcasing her first full collection of jewellery and accessories. Be sure to say hello to her!
